Rack of Lamb – Great Date Inspiration

Roasting tray
Mixing bowl
Chopping board
Chef’s knife
2 heavy pans

Rack of lamb
New potatoes
Baby carrots
Green beans
Chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme and parsley)
Lemon rind
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Start by prepping your potatoes placing in a roasting tin with some fresh rosemary, oil and salt & pepper
Mix up your herb crust then sear your lamb on all sides then cover the back in mustard and dip into your crust, place atop you potatoes and into the oven (depending on size of rack but roughly 20 – 25 mins)
Prep your veg (top and tail green beans, remove tops of carrots and rinse)
Salted water for the beans and add a tblsp of honey to the water for the carrots
Plate up and enjoy!
